Description of the seafront villa
Luxury villa with 3 levels.
9 rooms, 271 m² (2,900 sq. ft.) of indoor space , directly located on the sea with beach, terraces, and other outdoor facilities. On 3 floors on a 700 m² (7,500 sq. ft.) parcel with private beach.
Each floor can be rented separately or the house can be rented as a whole.
Each floor has its own entrance and is separate, allowing plenty of privacy for all guests. Each floor is fully furnished. All three floors each have an approx. 45 m² (500 sq. ft.) private terrace. Each terrace also includes a hot tub for 3 or 5 people as well as high quality outdoor furniture and a masonry fireplace/grill. All levels provide exclusive panoramic views of the sea. Outside, there is a protected swimming pool overlooking the sea (7m long x 3.2m wide x 1.5m deep (23 x 10.5 x 5 feet).
There are two bedrooms on each of the floors and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Each floor also offers a spacious great room with flat screen TV, fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped, modern, and functional kitchen.
Modern underfloor heating allows the villa to be used year-round.
Location of Villa Dalmata Lounge
Starigrad is a coastal village not far from the city of Zadar and is home to approx. 2,000 year-round residents. It is at the base of the Velebit Mountains in Starigrad Paklenica National Park and thus combines the beauty of the Croatian mountains with the crystal clear sea of the Dalmatian coast. The villa is easily accessible via the A1 motorway, just 19 km away, or the airports in Zadar or Split.
It’s also not quite a mile (1.3 km) to the Starigrad village centre, which can also be reached by walking along the beach if you don’t want to use a car. The village offers supermarkets, small fruit and vegetable stalls, butchers, fishmongers, a doctor, pharmacy, post office, cash machine, as well as cafés and restaurants offering the cuisine typical of Dalmatia. Starigrad also offers plenty of sporting options, such as rafting, bungee jumping, diving, or sailing. You can also take excursions to nearby sites that will allow you to become more familiar with the area’s cultural and historical heritage. There are other national parks nearby and we can help you organise excursions, if you like. Boat trips to the Kornati islands are also available and can be combined with a stop at a restaurant and swimming in secluded coves as you wish.
The historic port city of Zadar is about 45 km away and offers many options for those interested in art and culture. Its centre is popular with tourists and can meet any need.
The mild Mediterranean climate makes it possible to swim in the sea from May to October, but the apartments are well-appointed and suitable for holidays at any time of year.
